More Photos from "Down to Earth" Event

A while back Anna sent me pictures of her at the Women's Health "Down to Earth" event in NYC. I was browsing around GettyImages.com last night and found these pictures. They are tagged, but a lot bigger than the ones from WireImages, etc. Click them to view larger.

Fanny "Faye" Hamlin's Style

Play fan TayTay e-mailed me this article and photo of Faye in the streets of Stockholm, having to do with her unique clothing style.

Fanny Hamlin, 20, vendors: The shoes come from one secondhandbutik in Madrid, the jean is from Whyred, the coat and the bag have I bought on Filippa K, the scarf is from H&M and the cap from the hat bar.

Click here to see the actual article, which of course, is in Swedish. :)

Thank you TayTay! Remember, if any of you guys ever come across some recent articles of photos of any of the girls, please send them over.

Swedish Idol Video Clips

From what I understand, Swedish Idol will premire this month on TV4 (maybe it already has?) - as I've said, it's hard to understand since I don't understand Swedish! lol. If someone wants to help out with what's on the site that is in Swedish, you can leave a comment on this post or e-mail me.

But if you go to http://www.expressen.se/noje/idol, you will be able to view videos of Laila, Anders and Andreas and parts of Swedish Idol. The direct link to the videos is: http://www.expressen.se/webb-tv/index.html?serialid=11598.

I just finished watching a few clips, and they are really funny - they obviously talk in Swedish but the auditioners sing in English! haha. :)

Don't forget to check tv4.se/idol for all things Swedish Idol.

Quick Update!

News has been a little slow lately, I know. In the meantime, be sure to check out all of the older updates in case you've just recently found this Blogspot again, to catch up on all of the girls' current projects!

I never updated about these two new pictures on Rosanna's Myspace, so here they are! :)

I also found this picture on my computer, from the "Tricks" music video shoot.

Rosanna also has a few tour dates up on her Myspace, so check those out. I think they're all in Sweden, though. :(

Arena Grande Presents: Kocky & Rosanna

Here are two great videos of Rosanna and Kocky in concert. The first video is them performing "4-ever Juvenile", and the second video is them performing "Oh!"

I really love these videos! What do you guys think?

"4-ever Juvenile"
Youtube says the video has been removed by the user. :\

Play Mania has been archived!

Lately I have been receiving e-mails and messages about the old Play-Mania.com. There is a site called archive.org, where you can actually take a look at Play-Mania from it's beginning all the way up until last summer.

Though not all of the pages work the right way, a lot of information and pictures have been archived by this amazing "Way Back Machine." You can choose different years/months/days to look at.

Play Mania.. way back!

*I'm going to admit right here, some of my updates from the beginning are pretty embarassing. Forgive me, I was only 12 years old... :)

Remember When?

Five years ago today, Play's sophomore album, Replay, was released. The girls also performed on Live! with Regis and Kelly, and it was also the last time I saw Play perform live with Faye here in New York. Can you believe it's been so long? I can't!

If you want to, share your thoughts on Replay as a comment. It was such a great album! Sometimes it's nice to think back! What's your favorite song? Music video? Share! :)

PLAY Ringtones...

Verizon customers can still purchase "I Must Not Chase the Boys" and "Aint No Mountain High Enough" as their ringback tone (ANMHE can also be purchased as a regular ringtone). Unfortunetly, I have a T-Mobile Sidekick. :P

"If Only" Studio Version

Anna Sundstrand and Chris Trousdale sang "If Only" together at showcases and also shot a music video for it a while ago. A fan put the studio recorded song on Youtube back in April, along with the lyrics. Some of you may have found this already, but here it is for those who haven't!

Thanks to Tasha for sending this to me on Myspace!

Tricks Single - Kocky & Rosanna

I was on iTunes and found that Kocky and Rosanna actually released a single just for the song Tricks in October 2007. The Tricks single comes with three versions of the song: Tricks (Radio Edit), Tricks (Kocky & Trash Remix), and Tricks (Krames Club Remix).

Check it out on iTunes by clicking the image below! I absolutely love the remixes, especially the Kocky & Trash Remix! Much different than the original song!

PLAY on Disney Cruise Ship!

On the Disney Cruise Ship in 2007, there was a performance of Hercules the Musical and they danced to a remix of Play's I Must Not Chase the Boys! The song starts at about 4:10 and goes until the end of the video. If you don't want to watch the whole video, just drag the bar until it's around that time.
